Please bear in mind that if a cancellation fee is described elsewhere, such as on the booking plan, then that fee will be honored instead.
FAQ
Cancellations made 1 day before check-in will incur a 20% charge, and those made on the day of check-in an 80% charge.
No-shows will incur a 100% charge.
For group reservations of 15 guests or more, please contact your agency or the hotel directly.
For reservation plans with a separate cancellation policy, the relevant policy will apply.
The password for connection can be found in your room guide, or just ask someone at reception.
Toothbrush sets, razors, hairbrushes, cosmetic cotton, and cotton swab are provided at the reception desk free of charge.
Please note that the Superior Single only has a shower booth (no bath-tub).
A designated smoking area is available on the first floor.
The deluxe triple can sleep up to three people.
There is a direct phone to reception near the elevator hall if you need to contact reception.
Note, however, that valuables are your own responsibility.
We are happy to store your luggage until check-in, with the exception of valuables, food, and dangerous items.
Include your check-in date and reservation name on the shipping label, and address your package to the hotel.
You can enter either by calling a staff member on the intercom, or with your room key.
Please request one when making your reservation.
An adult charge applies if your child needs separate bedding.

From the airport
Board at Haneda Airport, and get off at the Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama (Pacifico Yokohama North). The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the stop.
