Parties larger than 15 members must contact the hotel or the sales office used to place the reservation.
Please bear in mind that if a cancellation fee is described elsewhere, such as on the booking plan, then that fee will be honored instead.
About the Lodging Tax
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance, accommodation tax per person per night (10,000 yen to 14,999 yen: 100 yen, 15,000 yen to: 200 yen) will be charged separately on site.
Please note that the accommodation tax is not included in the total room charge at the time of reservation. Please note that this must be paid separately upon check-in.
