What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is from 15:00, and checkout is by 11:00.
Do you offer early check-in?
Early check-in is subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly.
Do you offer late checkout?
Late checkout is subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly.
Is internet connection available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi connection is available in all guest rooms. Please contact the reception desk for the password.
What are your guest room amenities?
Guest rooms are equipped with bath towels, face towels, bath mats, yukata gowns, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, and toothbrush sets.
Razors and hairbrushes are provided at the reception desk free of charge.
Is there a refrigerator in the guest room?
Yes, guest rooms are equipped with an empty refrigerator.
Is there a safe-deposit box in the guest room?
Yes, it is available in all guest rooms.
Do you have rooms with a separate bath and toilet?
Yes, we do. Superior Twin, Moderate Twin, Superior Double, and Grand Twin rooms have a separate bath and toilet. Some rooms only have a shower booth. Please see the information on guest rooms for details.
Do you have smoking rooms?
All guest rooms are non-smoking. A designated smoking area is available on the first floor and the thirteenth floor.
Do you have large family rooms that can accommodate many adults?
Yes. Grand Twin rooms have two double beds and one sofa bed that can accommodate up to five adults.
Our Deluxe Twin and Moderate Twin rooms can accommodate up to three adults.
Do you offer parking?
Yes, we have a parking lot that can accommodate up to 32 vehicles. Parking costs JPY 1,200 per night. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are not available. If the parking lot is full, we will assist you by providing information on nearby parking lots.

Do you charge extra if my child and I sleep in the same bed?
The overnight charge is free for a child of elementary school age or younger (up to 12 years old) sleeping with you in the same bed. An adult charge applies if your child needs separate bedding.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
Yes, there is a FamilyMart that is a minute’s walk from the hotel.
When do I settle the room charge?
Please settle your room charge upon check-in.
What is your cancellation policy?
As a rule, cancellations are free up to 2 days before check-in.
Cancellations made 1 day before check-in will incur a 20% charge, and those made on the day of check-in an 80% charge.
No-shows will incur a 100% charge.

To cancel group reservations of 15 guests or more, please contact your agency or the hotel directly.
For reservation plans with a separate cancellation policy, the said policy will apply.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after checkout?
Reception would be happy to store your luggage upon request. Note, however, that valuables are your own responsibility.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel before I arrive?
Please contact the hotel in advance. We would be happy to store your luggage until check-in, with the exception of valuables, food, and dangerous items.
Include your check-in date and reservation name on the shipping label, and address your package to the hotel.
